ge\u00e7i\u015ftirdim.G\u00fcnlere gittigimde kahvaltimi ekmeksiz yedim ama doyana kadar yedim ve aksam yemegimi bir tabal corba ile gecistirdim:)<\/p>\n<p>Kahvalt\u0131mda bazen mantarl\u0131 yumurta yapt\u0131m bir dilim kepekli ekmek ile.Bazen menemen yapt\u0131m yine bir dilim kepekli ekmek,Bazen sebze ile yumurta pi\u015firdim yine bir dilim kepekli ekmekle.Cok az tereyagiyla yaptim bunlari.Bazen peynir zeytin domates salatal\u0131k yedim.Ama en \u00f6nemli kural kahvalt\u0131ya oturmadan bir fincan \u015fekersiz kahve i\u00e7menizdir.Kahve sizi tok tuttu\u011fu i\u00e7in kahvalt\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 hem daha az hemde doydu\u011funuzu hissederek yemi\u015f olcaks\u0131n\u0131z.Ben mesela kahve i\u00e7ince kahvalt\u0131ya hemen h\u00fccum etmiyorum.yava\u015f yava\u015f keyfine vara vara ediyorum kahvalt\u0131m\u0131.Hatta kahvalt\u0131m\u0131 ederken kimseyle konu\u015fmuyorum :))) Yoksa yediklerim beni inan\u0131n doyurmuyor :)) Bence sizde deneyin inan\u0131n daha
