height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Einfache Kekstorte mit Obst<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400ml kalte Milch<\/li>\n<li>200gr Schlagcremepulver<\/li>\n<li>2 Packungen Butterkekse<\/li>\n<li>500gr Erdbeeren<\/li>\n<li>3 Bananen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr die Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200gr Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>200gr Zartbitterkuvert\u00fcre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die kalte Milch und das Schlagcremepulver in ein Sch\u00fcssel geben und steif schlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Kekse mit den H\u00e4nden in grobe St\u00fccke brechen und mit einem Spaten unter die Schlagcreme heben.<\/li>\n<li>Dann noch die Bananen und Erdbeeren klein schneiden und mit dazugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Noch etwas Erbeerpaste hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles gut vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Springform mit Backpapier auslegen und die Mischung in die Springform f\u00fcllen und glattstreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Torte anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr 3 Stunden ins Gefrierfach stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn die Torte durchgefroren ist aus der Springform l\u00f6sen und auf eine Servierplatte stellen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Ganache Sahne in einem Topf erhitzen.<\/li>\n<li>Vor dem Aufkochen vom Herd nehmen und die Schokolade in der hei\u00dfen Sahne schmelzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die lauwarme Ganache auf die kalte Torte gie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>Im Anschluss nochmal eine halbe Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen und dann servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Guten
