Pistazien<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr Kadayif-Teigf\u00e4den, auch Engelshaar genannt<\/li>\n<li>200gr Butter<\/li>\n<li>1,5 Liter Milch<\/li>\n<li>5 EL Zucker<\/li>\n<li>5 geh\u00e4ufte Essl\u00f6ffel Speisest\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>2 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/li>\n<li>400ml Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>200gr Schlagcremepulver<\/li>\n<li>Gemahlene Pistazien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Sirup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600gr Zucker<\/li>\n<li>600ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>Einpaar St\u00fccke Zitronensalz oder einige Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zun\u00e4chst wird der Zuckersirup vorbereitet.<\/li>\n<li>Daf\u00fcr werden Wasser, Zucker und Zitronensalz in einen Topf gegeben, zum Kochen gebracht und ca. 15 Minuten vor sich hin k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Sirup dann zum abk\u00fchlen beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>200gr Butter im Topf zerlassen und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Teigf\u00e4den in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit den H\u00e4nden auseinanderziehen.<\/li>\n<li>Dazu kommt dann die zerlassene Butter.<\/li>\n<li>Mit den H\u00e4nden wird alles gut miteinander verknetet.<\/li>\n<li>Ich habe noch etwas Pistazienaroma dazugegeben.<\/li>\n<li>Wer das nicht zur Hand hat, kann es auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Infobox habe ich verlinkt, woher ihr das Pistazienaroma beziehen k\u00f6nnt.<\/li>\n<li>Die Teigf\u00e4den anschlie\u00dfend in eine Auflaufform f\u00fcllen und flachdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Bei 200 Grad im vorgeheizten Backofen werden die Teigf\u00e4den goldbraun gebraten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Form aus dem Ofen nehmen und direkt mit dem kalten Sirup begie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend mit gemahlenen Pistazien bestreuen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr den Pudding Milch, Zucker und Speisest\u00e4rke im Topf zusammenr\u00fchren und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren bei mittlerer Hitze aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss 2 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Den hei\u00dfen Pudding auf den noch lauwarmen Teigf\u00e4den gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Damit sich keine Haut bildet mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Abk\u00fchlen 3 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Sahne mit dem Schlagcremepulver aufschlagen bis eine feste Creme entsteht.<\/li>\n<li>Die Creme in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen und als K\u00e4figform auf das abgek\u00fchlte Dessert spritzen.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Servieren Portionen herausschneiden und mit einem Pfannenwender oder Spachtel vorsichtig auf einen Teller heben, mit gemahlenen Pistazien servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Guten
