\u00d6l<\/li>\n<li>100 ml lauwarmes Wasser<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Kakao<\/li>\n<li>150 gr Mehl\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr die Keks &#8211; Pudding Schicht:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l Milch<\/li>\n<li>2 T\u00fcten Puddingpulver Bananengeschmack<\/li>\n<li>1 Packung Kakaokekse<\/li>\n<li>1 Packung Butterkekse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr die Cremeschicht:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 T\u00fcten Schlagcremepulver<\/li>\n<li>300 ml kalte Milch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr die Schokoladenso\u00dfe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 ml Milch<\/li>\n<li>1 T\u00fcte Schokoladenso\u00dfe Pulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Kuchenteig Eier und Zucker kurz aufschlagen. Das lauwarme Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiter schaumig aufschlagen. Dann das \u00d6l dazugeben. Kakao, Mehl und Backpulver sieben und unter die Eiermasse heben. Den fertigen Kuchenteig in eine gefettete Form f\u00fcllen, glattstreichen und bei 200 Grad im vorgeheizten Backofen 20 Minuten backen. Wenn der Kuchen fertig gebacken ist mit einem Holzspie\u00df L\u00f6cher in den hei\u00dfen Kuchen stechen und 200 ml Milch dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt 1 Liter Milch in einen Topf geben, das Puddingpulver einr\u00fchren und unter R\u00fchren aufkochen. Die H\u00e4lfte des Puddings auf den Kuchen geben und glattstreichen. Dann eine Schicht Butterkekse auf die Puddingschicht legen. Den restlichen Pudding auf den Keksen verteilen und eine Schicht Kakaokekse dar\u00fcber legen. F\u00fcr die Cremeschicht Schlagcremepulver und kalte Milch aufschlagen bis eine feste Creme entsteht. Die Creme auf dem Kuchen verteilen und glattstreichen. Kuchen zum Abk\u00fchlen in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Schokoladenso\u00dfe 400 ml Milch und das Schokoladenpulver zusammenr\u00fchren und unter R\u00fchren aufkochen. Damit die Schokoladenso\u00dfe keine Haut bildet in einen Beh\u00e4lter mit Deckel f\u00fcllen und zwischendurch sch\u00fctteln, damit die So\u00dfe schneller abk\u00fchlt und nicht zu sehr andickt. Kuchen aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und in Portionen schneiden. Messer nach jedem Schnitt sauber machen. Kuchenschnitten auf ein Servierteller legen und mit abgek\u00fchlter Schokoso\u00dfe begie\u00dfen.
