\/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Torte ohne Backen &#8211; Sahnetorte mit roter Gr\u00fctze<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gr zerlassene Butter<\/li>\n<li>400 gr Butterkekse<\/li>\n<li>400 gr Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>200 gr Creme Brauche<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Puderzucker<\/li>\n<li>200 gr Mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>4 T\u00fcten Schlagcremepulver<\/li>\n<li>500 gr Rote Gr\u00fctze<\/li>\n<li>150 gr Zucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kekse im Mixer zerkleinern und dann mit der zerlassenen Butter vermischen. Keks- Buttermischung in eine Springform f\u00fcllen und mit einem L\u00f6ffel flachdr\u00fccken. F\u00fcr die Creme Schlagsahne, Schlagcremepulver und Puderzucker in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und aufschlagen bis eine feste Creme entsteht. Dann die Mascarpone und das Creme Fraiche unter die Sahne r\u00fchren. Die Creme auf dem Tortenboden verteilen und glattstreichen. Die Torte zum durchk\u00fchlen 3 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nZum Schluss die rote Gr\u00fctze mit dem Zucker unter R\u00fchren aufkochen und 15 Minuten aufkochen bis sie andickt. Abk\u00fchlen lassen und auf die gek\u00fchlte Torte Torte streichen.
