Zucker<\/li>\n<li>1 P\u00e4ckchen Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>150 gr Speisest\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>200 gr Mehl<\/li>\n<li>100 gr gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Belag:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>3 T\u00fcten Schlagcremepulver<\/li>\n<li>400 gr Schmand<\/li>\n<li>100 gr gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n<li>1 Stange Giottokugeln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>150 gr Haselnusskrokant<\/p>\n<p>2 Stangen Giottokugeln zum Dekorieren<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fcr den Biskuit Eier mit 6 EL warmem Wasser schaumig r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Zucker und Vanillezucker einrieseln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Backpulver, Speisest\u00e4rke, Mehl und die gamahlenen Haseln\u00fcsse durch ein Sieb streichen und vorsichtig unter den Teig heben.<\/li>\n<li>Teig in eine gefettete Springform f\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n<li>Bei 175 Grad im vorgeheizten Ofen 45 Minuten backen und anschlie\u00dfend erhalten lassen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr den Belag die Schlagsahne mit 3 T\u00fcten Schlagcremepulver steif schlagen.<\/li>\n<li>2 Becher Schmand hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Einen Teil der Creme f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung entnehmen.<\/li>\n<li>Den anderen Teil zum Dekorieren der Torte beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>100 gr gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse und 1 Stange mit der Hand zerkleinerte Giottokugeln unter die Creme mischen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Biskuit aus der Form l\u00f6sen und in drei B\u00f6den schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Tortenring um den ersten Boden legen.<\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Giottocreme auf dem Boden verteilen und glattstreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Zweiten Boden dar\u00fcber legen und mit der restlichen Creme bestreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Letzen Boden darauf legen und zwei Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Tortenring entfernen und mit der Creme, die wir am Anfang beiseite gestellt haben einstreichen, mit den Seiten der Torte beginnen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Seiten der Torte mit Haselnusskrokant verzieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Torte mit der Creme und Giottokugeln dekorieren.<\/li>\n<li>Vor dem Servieren 4-5 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank gut durchk\u00fchlen
