H\u00e4hnchenbrust<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 EL Salz<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 EL Paprikaflocken<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">2 Knoblauchzehen oder Knoblauchpulver<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 TL Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Bechamelsauce:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">200 gr Butter<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">3 EL Mehl<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 Liter Milch<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 TL Salz<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1\/2 Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Au\u00dferdem 200 gr geriebener Kasar K\u00e4se<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">1 EL Salz in 2 Liter kochendes Wasser geben und die Nudeln darin kochen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Nudeln abgie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Die H\u00e4hnchenbrust ebenfalls in hei\u00dfem Wasser mit etwas Salz kochen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">H\u00e4hnchenbrust klein schneiden und in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Gem\u00fcse und gekochten Nudeln vermengen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Gew\u00fcrze und Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles in eine geeignete Form f\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">F\u00fcr die Bechamelsauce die Butter im Topf schmelzen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Das Mehl dazugeben und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Mit der Milch abl\u00f6sen und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
