S\u00fc\u00dfspeise &#8211; Sekerpare Geb\u00e4ck<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr geschmolzene Butter<\/li>\n<li>150 gr Puderzucker<\/li>\n<li>600 gr Mehl<\/li>\n<li>6 EL Gries<\/li>\n<li>1 P\u00e4ckchen Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>ganze Haseln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr den Sirup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Einpaar Tropfen Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>400 ml Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eier, Butter, Gries, Puderzucker und Backpulver in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und kurz miteinander verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann das Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen und zu einem Teig verkneten.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig zu Walnuss gro\u00dfen Kugeln formen, etwas flachdr\u00fccken und auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen.<\/li>\n<li>Jeweils eine Haselnuss und die Mitte des Teiges dr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Aus diesem Rezept habe ich drei verschiedene Sekerpare gemacht.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die zweite Variante die Sekerpare mit einer Seite erst in ein verquirltes Ei und dann in gehackte Haseln\u00fcsse tauchen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die dritte Variante Teig Oval formen, mit Ei bestreichen und dann die Oberfl\u00e4che mit einer Gabel einritzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Sekerpare im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 Grad 30 &#8211; 35 Minuten goldgelb backen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Sirup im Topf zusammenr\u00fchren und 15 Minuten kochen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Der Sirup ist ausreichend f\u00fcr die Menge Sekerpare in der Auflaufform die im Video zu sehen ist.<\/li>\n<li>Wer alles auf einmal mit Sirup \u00fcbergie\u00dfen will, die Zutatenmenge f\u00fcr den Sirup verdoppeln.<\/li>\n<li>Die erkalteten Sekerpare mit dem hei\u00dfen Sirup \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>Umgekehrt, wenn die Sekerpare hei\u00df sein sollten, muss der Sirup kalt sein.<\/li>\n<li>Die Sekerpare k\u00f6nnen serviert werden, wenn der Sirup eingezogen
