Darin die restlichen zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut vermengen. Den Teig in 12 teilen und ruhen lassen. Nun wird der Teig Essteller gro\u00df ausgerollt und dabei immer wieder mit der Speisest\u00e4rke bestreut. Wenn alle 12 Teigb\u00e4llchen ausgerollt sind, werden sie aufeinander gestapelt und noch einmal gro\u00df ausgerollt. Jetzt m\u00fcssen sie eine feste Rolle damit erstellen. Die Rolle in fingerbreite Scheiben schneiden. Die Scheiben werden in Handtellergr\u00f6\u00dfe ausgerollt mit Wallnuss bef\u00fcllt und zart zusammengedeckt. Dasselbe mit den restlichen Scheiben machen und vorsichtig auf ein Blech legen. Die Teigmuscheln mit der Geschmolzenen Butter \u00fcbegie\u00dfen und bei 175\u00b0C Goldbraun backen. Zuletzt die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Zuckerguss 15 min. kochen und erkalten lassen.
