geriebene Zwiebeln<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 EL Paprikaflocken<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 EL Paprikapulver<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1\/2 EL Pfeffer<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1\/2 EL Oregano<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 TL Salz<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Knoblauch nach Belieben<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Tomaten und gr\u00fcne Spitzpaprika als Garnitur<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Zubereitung:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Hackfleisch, Zwiebeln und Gew\u00fcrze 5-10 Minuten gr\u00fcndlich mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine verkneten. Die H\u00e4nde anfeuchten und mandarinengro\u00dfe Portionen formen. Mit Schaschlikspie\u00dfen durchstechen und mit der Hand gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf dem Spie\u00df verteilen. Im Video seht ihr die Zubereitung im Ofen sowie auf dem Grill. Die Spie\u00dfe auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen. Tomaten und Paprika als Garnitur dazugeben und bei 250 Grad im Ofen grillen, bis sie sch\u00f6n braun sind, einmal wenden. Nicht zu lange grillen, damit sie innen noch saftig bleiben. Auf dem Grill ebenfalls von beiden Seiten unter mehrmaligem Wenden grillen. Am besten passt dazu Reis.
