Zucker<\/li>\n<li>3 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/li>\n<li>150gr Speisest\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>200gr Mehl<\/li>\n<li>35gr Kakao<\/li>\n<li>1 P\u00e4ckchen Backpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Liter Milch<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>5 Essl\u00f6ffel Maisst\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>200gr Zucker<\/li>\n<li>500gr Mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>400gr Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>200gr Creme Fraiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zum tr\u00e4nken des Bisquitbodens:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel t\u00fcrkischer Kaffee<\/li>\n<li>200ml Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zum bestreuen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Koakao<\/li>\n<li>2 P\u00e4ckchen 3in1 Kaffee oder t\u00fcrkischer Kaffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung Milch, Eier, Maisst\u00e4rke und Zucker in einen Topf geben und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren zu einer Creme kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Die hei\u00dfe Creme mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken damit sich keine Haut bildet.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr den Bisquitteig die Eier mit dem hei\u00dfen Wasser ca. 2 Minuten zusammenr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann Zucker und Vanillezucker l\u00f6ffelweise zu den Eiern dazugeben und aufschlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Die restlichen trockenen Zutaten durch ein Sieb zu der Eiermasse geben und vorsichtig unterheben.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in die gefettete Springform f\u00fcllen und mit der Form einige Mal auf die K\u00fcchenplatte klopfen, damit die Luftbl\u00e4\u00dfchen im Teig verschwinden und der Bisquit gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig aufgeht.<\/li>\n<li>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad 30-35 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrendessen die F\u00fcllung vorbereiten.<\/li>\n<li>Daf\u00fcr die Sahne steif schlagen und anschlie\u00dfend die Mascarpone sowie das Creme Fraiche hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiter schlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt auch die abgek\u00fchlte Creme dazugeben und weiter r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Einen Teil der fertigen Sahne zur Verzierung in Pralinenf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen und ins Gefrierfach stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Wer keine geeignete Form hat kann das auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li>Den ausgek\u00fchlen Bisquit in drei gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige B\u00f6den schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Den oberen Bisquit als Tortenboden verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Den Bisquit mit der Kaffee-Wassermischung tr\u00e4nken und die Sahnef\u00fcllung darauf geben.<\/li>\n<li>Den zweiten Boden dar\u00fcber legen, wieder mit dem Kaffee tr\u00e4nken und mit der Sahne bestreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Vorgang mit dem letzten Boden nochmals wiederholen und die Torte in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Torte vor dem Servieren mit den gefrorenen Sahnepralinen
