Rezept<\/strong><\/em><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eingelegte Weinbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>5 Zwiebeln<\/li>\n<li>ca. 100ml Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>4 Tomaten<\/li>\n<li>600 gr Reis<\/li>\n<li>100ml hei\u00dfes Wasser<\/li>\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Tomatenmark<\/li>\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Vegeta oder Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikaflocken, getrocknete Minze<\/li>\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Granatapfelsirup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zum garen der Weinbl\u00e4tter:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Teel\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Granatapfelsirup<\/li>\n<li>ca. 200ml hei\u00dfes Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die eingelegten Weinbl\u00e4tter mit reichlich Wasser absp\u00fclen und abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Tomaten mit kochendem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und einige Minuten stehen lassen, so l\u00e4sst sich die Haut leichter abziehen.<\/li>\n<li>Die gesch\u00e4lten Tomaten in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebeln w\u00fcrfeln und in dem Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Tomatenw\u00fcrfel und das Tomatenmark hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Den gewaschenen und abgetropften Reis dazugeben und alles gut umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben und nochmals umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss das hei\u00dfe Wasser einr\u00fchren und zugedeckt bei niedriger Hitze ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn der Reis gezogen hat das Sirup unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Die F\u00fcllung ist jetzt fertig und wir k\u00f6nnen mit dem F\u00fcllen der Weinbl\u00e4tter beginnen.<\/li>\n<li>Daf\u00fcr ein Blatt mit der glatten Seite nach unten auf einen flachen Teller legen.<\/li>\n<li>Etwas von der F\u00fcllung auf das Blatt verteilen, das Blatt von beiden Seiten umklappen und zusammenrollen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit den restlichen Weinbl\u00e4tter genauso verfahren.<\/li>\n<li>Die fertig gef\u00fcllten Weinbl\u00e4tter wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist senkrecht oder waagerecht in den Topf legen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann das Oliven\u00f6l, Sirup und hei\u00dfes Wasser zu den Weinbl\u00e4ttern in den Topf geben.<\/li>\n<li>Die Weinbl\u00e4tter mit einem Teller abdecken, damit sie beim Kochen nicht aufplatzen.<\/li>\n<li>Zugedeckt bei niedriger Temperatur k\u00f6cheln lassen bis die Weinbl\u00e4tter gar sind.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Zitronenscheiben
